THE 1st LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
We’re on the hunt for a personable, driven, and technically savvy 1st Line Support Engineer to join our client’s onsite team. As the first point of contact for their clients, you’ll deliver outstanding support and tackle a variety of IT challenges. From resolving email problems and resetting passwords to getting users back online, you’ll be essential in keeping things running smoothly.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, Office 365, networking, and other IT systems
