Position: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Rochester, Kent.
Salary: £16.89ph
Hours: Rotating Days and Nights (3 days working, 1 day off, 3 nights working, 3 days off). Day shift 0630 to 1830 / Night shift 1830 to 0630
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move goods around the yard and plant.

* Load and unload deliveries with precision.

* Ensure all products are stored in the correct location and are easily accessible.

* Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.

* Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

* When there is no FLT duties, other work such as cleaning and helping in the plant will be involved.

Essential Requirements:

* Valid FLT Counterbalance license (must be accredited and in-date).

* Previous experience in operating a Counterbalance FLT.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

* Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
