Locations: Vauxhall, Putney & Twickenham

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic

Contract: Full-time, Saturday to Wednesday (10:00-18:00, 11:00-16:00 on Sundays)

A prestigious London property developer is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to manage their marketing suite. This customer-facing role involves creating a welcoming environment for prospective buyers and providing essential administrative support to the sales team.

  • Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite
  • Organise appointments and manage the viewing diary
  • Ensure marketing materials are well-stocked and displayed
Requirements
  • Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service or reception experience
  • Professional and welcoming telephone manner
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work weekends (Saturday to Wednesday)
  • Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills
