The team covers a broad spectrum of employment law, including Employment Tribunal litigation, contracts and policies, and day-to-day HR support via a well-established fixed-fee scheme.You’ll benefit from high-quality work, hands-on exposure to clients, and a flexible, hybrid working structure. The firm is open to applications from candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours.What They’re Looking For

• A minimum of 18 months’ experience in employment law (both contentious and/or non-contentious)
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• Excellent time management and the ability to work proactively and independently
• Tech-savvy and confident using legal IT systems
• A team player with enthusiasm to develop and grow within a supportive firm
