Teaching Personnel is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Teaching Assistants in local primary schools across the NP12 area. Your Role Will Include:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Helping pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy
Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
Assisting with classroom activities and preparation
Providing one-to-one or small group support

Who We're Looking For:

No prior experience required - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) desirable
A patient, nurturing approach to working with children
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
