Experienced HVAC Engineers - Birmingham / West Midlands
Working Across Primark Retail Stores

We are currently recruiting for experienced HVAC Engineers to join our client in the Birmingham / West Midlands region, supporting maintenance operations across Primark retail stores.

Salary

£42,000 - £44,500 (for dual gas certified engineers)

The Role

We are seeking multi-skilled engineers with an HVAC / Refrigeration bias who can work independently and deliver high-quality maintenance services across retail environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Diagnosing faults and completing reactive repairs
Performing HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance across retail sites
Undertaking compliance and statutory maintenance works
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Commercial Gas Qualification and/or Refrigeration Qualification
Proven experience within maintenance / facilities management
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Flexibility to participate in a call-out rota
