We are currently recruiting for an Estate Chauffeur / Concierge to join a prestigious luxury residential development.

This is a unique dual-role opportunity for a professional, personable and service-driven individual who enjoys delivering an exceptional resident experience. The successful candidate will provide a dedicated chauffeur service for residents while also supporting the front-of-house team with concierge duties when the driving service is not in use.

• Salary of £27,000–£28,000

As the Estate Chauffeur / Concierge, you will be responsible for transporting residents safely and professionally between the development and key local transport and town centre locations, while also supporting the concierge team with day-to-day front-of-house duties when there are no chauffeur bookings.

This role requires someone who is polished, reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent customer service at all times.

• Provide a professional and reliable chauffeur service for residents
• Drive residents between the development and nearby town centre / transport links
• Collect residents from the local station and return them safely to the development
• Operate the chauffeur service between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, presentable and in excellent working condition
• Offer a warm, courteous and professional service to all residents at all times
• Assist with concierge/front-of-house duties when there are no chauffeur bookings
• Support with resident requests, parcel handling, guest arrivals and general front desk responsibilities
• Work closely with the concierge and management team to maintain high service standards across the development
• Uphold all health & safety, security and operational procedures
