Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for making a difference outside of the traditional classroom? We are looking for dedicated, trauma-informed Nurture Teachers to work 1:1 with children and young people in Salford who are currently not accessing mainstream education.

About the Role:

You will be delivering tailored education to students with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs in safe, community-based environments, including:

*

Libraries

*

Community hubs

*

Schools

*

Occasionally in the student's home (fully risk-assessed and safeguarded)

This role is perfect for teachers who want to focus on building positive, one-to-one relationships and helping learners re-engage with education in a safe, supported way.

Please Note:

Only applicants who hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification will be considered.

Requirements:

QTS or recognised equivalent (essential)

Experience working with students with:

EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance)

Trauma-informed and relationship-led teaching approach

*

Ability to work independently and adapt teaching to individual needs
