Location: Watford (relocating to High Wycombe for next site launch)
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential to extend or become permanent)
Salary: £34,000 basic + £100 per plot commission
Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

A leading developer is seeking a confident and motivated Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and customer service to join a high-profile development in Watford and support the successful launch of a new 131-unit Berkeley development in High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell the remaining shared ownership units at the current Watford development, delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

• Manage the transition to the High Wycombe site and play a key role in launching and selling the new development once Watford is complete.

• Guide potential buyers through the shared ownership process, helping them secure the right home.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with £100 commission paid per plot sold.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless, supportive experience from enquiry to completion.
