Credit Hire Paralegal – Birmingham

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to join its thriving Motor team, specialising in complex Intermediate and Multi-Track Credit Hire claims.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and technically strong professional to manage a high-value litigated caseload independently, while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team acting on behalf of leading motor insurance clients.

The Role

Working within our established Motor department, you will:

• Independently manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigated Credit Hire matters (Intermediate and Multi-Track)
• Draft and file court documents with precision and attention to detail
• Lead negotiations to drive claims toward effective and commercial resolution
• Progress cases through multiple stages of litigation
• Provide training, guidance and supervision to junior team members
• Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with procedural and internal standards

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Approximately 4+ years' experience handling high-value litigated Credit Hire claims
• A proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently
• Strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to case strategy
• Formal legal qualifications are advantageous; however, demonstrable hands-on experience and technical capability are essential
