SEN Teaching Assistant - Feltham, Hounslow - Full time - September 2021 start!
Teaching Personnel are currently working within an Ofsted rate Outstanding primary school, who are recruiting for a new addition to their SEN team. This role will involve working with a number of SEN students, primarily with autism and moderate learning diffiulties.

This vacancy is a full time position, working on a one to one and group basis with a number of SEN students. With high numbers of SEN students across the mainstream setting they have created a dedicated SEN team and department that focuses on creating the routine and structure for each individual student and needs. The school does have an additional SEN unit that providing support to students with moderate learning difficulties, with an outstanding SENCO leading all provisions they have been recognised for their dedication to constantly improving year on year for the students.
You will be based across KS1 working with up to 10 students who all have a variety of needs, primarily autism and speech and language difficulties. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create a timetable and structure for the students to best benefit from the additional support. This includes providing feedback to parents and carers.
This role is 8:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday.

The school is based in the heart of Feltham, with a large onsite car park it is easily accessible for all members of staff.
- Experienced supporting students with a variety of needs, specifically autism.
- Confident leading group sessions and working indepedently outside of the classroom to provide additional specialist support.
