The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated CNC Operator to join our client's skilled engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills, with extensive training provided in manual turning, XYZ lathe machining and CNC operations.

You will work on a variety of precision components, supporting both low-volume and high-accuracy projects. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and ready to learn in a hands-on engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and set CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

* Receive comprehensive training in manual turning and XYZ lathe machining.

* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to achieve precise tolerances.

* Carry out quality checks and maintain high standards of workmanship.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

* Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

About You:

* Ambitious and motivated to develop your machining skills.

* Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

* Eager to learn manual and CNC turning techniques.

* Able to work independently or as part of a team.

* Previous experience in a workshop environment is desirable but not essential.
