About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems, working across commercial and residential sites throughout Essex and the surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various AC systems including VRV/VRF, split, and multi-split systems

Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively

*

Respond to reactive callouts and emergency breakdowns

*

Complete detailed job reports and maintain service records

*

Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations

*

Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:
✅ F-Gas 2079 Certification (Essential)
✅ City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in AC servicing and maintenance
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
