NQ opportunity - Private Client Solicitor sought for leading, Legal 500 Department in Cambridge. Trainee Solicitors due to qualify early 2024 considered.

Our client is a highly regarded law firm with multiple Legal 500 recognised Departments firm wide.

The firm's Private Client Department has established an excellent reputation over the years and is led by several Legal 500 recognised Partners.

Due to growth, they are looking to welcome a new Private Client Solicitor to the team in 2024.

The Opportunity

This a great opportunity for an ambitious Trainee Solicitor or Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor looking to develop in the field of Private Client and learn from experts in the field.

As a Private Client Solicitor your duties will include:

Advising on and drafting wills
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Advising on Court of Protection applications
Advising on basic Inheritance Tax Planning
Dealing with the administration of estates including intestacy
Supporting experienced Solicitors with complex casesReasons to Apply
