We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team. This role will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the CEO and other senior management in driving the company's financial success.

Qualifications and experience:

* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is desirable.

* Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the technology or igaming industry.

* Proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite/Google.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

* Experience of managing junior employees.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
