Our Client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to join their Integrated Care Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to social workers and integrated care staff.
- Offer professional oversight on complex cases, including safeguarding, risk management, and mental capacity decisions.
- Support timely allocation of work and monitor team performance against statutory duties.
- Chair or contribute to multi-agency meetings, including MDTs, safeguarding discussions, and risk planning forums.
- Deliver reflective supervision and support practice development across the team.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred assessments and care plans that meet legal and organisational standards.
- Work collaboratively with health partners, community services, and voluntary sector agencies to support joined-up care.
- Deputise for the Team Manager, leading on operational issues and service delivery when required.
Requirements of this role
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
