Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to support a well?established GP Practice in Bolton. This is an excellent long?term locum opportunity for a confident practitioner who can work autonomously and deliver high?quality primary care.

Role Overview The successful candidate will provide a mix of face?to?face and telephone consultations, delivering safe and effective clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of patients presenting with both acute and minor illness. You will be working independently within your scope of practice, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct face?to?face and telephone consultations
Assess, diagnose and manage acute and minor illnesses
Independently prescribe medications
Work autonomously as an advanced practitioner
Accurately document clinical notes using SystmOne
Provide high?quality, evidence?based care
Support the wider GP practice team where requiredEssential Criteria
Qualified ANP/ACP with relevant MSc or Level 7 modules
Independent Prescribing (V300)
Primary care / GP practice experience
Confident using SystmOne
Ability to work independently and manage clinical riskThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking for a stable, ongoing session each week within a supportive GP environment.
