The Role - Careers Guidance Advisor

A forward-thinking secondary school in the London Borough of Haringey is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Careers Guidance Advisor to join their team.

In this role, you will:

Deliver 1:1 impartial careers guidance interviews

*

Support students with post-16 and post-18 progression pathways

*

Provide advice on apprenticeships, university applications, vocational routes, and employment

*

Organise and support careers events, employer engagement, and workshops

*

Ensure the school meets Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidance requirements

*

Maintain accurate records and action plans for students

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 6 Career Guidance and Development qualification (QCG, NVQ/SVQ Diploma, DipCG, AGCAS) and have previous school-based experience.
