Hoop Nursing are looking for compassionate and resilient Healthcare Support Workers to join a dedicated and experienced team in Monmouth, supporting adults with complex care needs.

As the Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Every day is different - from helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting individuals with social activities, appointments, and developing new skills.

Essential

* Minimum of 1 years UK care experience

* Registered with SCW

* Experience supporting those with autism, physical disabilities and learning difficulties

* Compassionate, patient and motivated to support others

* Excellent communication skills

* Reliable and flexible to work a combination of shifts (evenings/weekends etc)

* Car driver with access to own vehicle
