We are looking for a highly organised Driver Coordinator to manage daily driver operations. This full‑time, office‑based role ensures routes are planned efficiently, schedules run smoothly, and drivers receive the support they need to complete their tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, allocate, and optimise daily driver routes and schedules

Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of installations

Act as the main point of contact for drivers, providing support and guidance

Resolve operational issues and adjust schedules when required

Maintain accurate records of routes, performance, and operational data

Report daily activities and operational updates to management

Requirements

Strong organisational and scheduling abilities

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment

Confident using IT systems and route‑planning tools

Previous experience in coordination or logistics is beneficial but not essential
