Supervisory experience -  managing a medium sized team (circa 14 people), experience in managing absence, investigations etc
·         Labour Management / planning experience - so planning daily labour to best utilise our machines in this area
·         Production planning experience - skill in planning / sequencing production
·         Lean manufacturing knowledge - looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements
·         Machinery knowledge - Good understanding of general production machinery - able to troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines
·         Strong Communication skills

Shift:  AM Shift (6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday)…… but with flexibility to move to 08:30pm - 17:00pm in the future, as this area may move to 2 shifts, we would want the supervisor to be able to spend time with both shifts every day
