We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join our dynamic school community in Hounslow, starting in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position for an experienced educator who is passionate about helping students in Key Stage 2 grow academically and personally.

About the Role:
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in preparing students for the transition to Year 6, providing them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed. You will deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, monitor student progress, and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach a full range of subjects within the Year 5 curriculum.

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and challenging lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

Track student progress and provide regular feedback to pupils and parents.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging the development of independence and responsibility.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure the continued development of the school's curriculum.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

*

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum.

A passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic and personal development of every child.

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

The ability to differentiate lessons to cater to the diverse needs of students.
