Italian Speaking Credit Control

Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Duties Will Include:

Assessing and managing credit risk for designated accounts

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer accounts

Releasing orders efficiently while adhering to the company credit policy

Collecting timely and relevant customer and financial data for credit reviews

Setting and reviewing credit limits for new and existing customers

Handling customer setup and updates in JBA/SAP systems

Managing day-to-day communication with external customers and internal teams

Ensuring receivables stay within terms and limits through timely collections

Processing documentary letters of credit and sending reminder letters as needed

Maintaining detailed customer files for outstanding debt and query resolution tracking

Ensuring accurate allocation of payments, invoices, credit notes, and journals

Providing monthly accounts receivable reports to leadership

Skills/Experience Required:

Ideally prior experience in credit control or accounts receivable

Numerate with experience in a fast-paced office environment

Fluent in Italian and English

Strong analytical and logical thinking

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
