Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

Location: London or Midlands

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

An established and highly regarded UK consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing project management team. This opportunity will suit a driven individual with a proven track record in NEC contract management, ideally gained within the infrastructure or large-scale commercial sectors.

The Role:

You will play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-value schemes, with particular emphasis on NEC contract administration. Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you'll lead project delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. The pipeline includes infrastructure upgrades, commercial new-builds, and refurbishments Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management of infrastructure and commercial projects
Administer NEC contracts (Option A & C) effectively and independently
Manage stakeholder communication, project risk, programme, and delivery
Oversee procurement strategy and reporting
Provide support and mentoring to junior PMs
Ensure project outcomes meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:

Professionally qualified (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent)
Strong NEC contract experience (essential)
Background in consultancy project management
Experience delivering projects in sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, or public realm
Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
Flexible to travel regionally as required
