Salary £75,000 - £90,000 + package

A hugely respected, family-owned regional building contactor with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across the South & East of England is searching for a Contracts Manager.

Their portfolio is broad and varied through the commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and industrial sectors.

The initial projects will centre around the retail sector and so experience within retail refurbishments/replacements would be advantageous.

Ideal requirements for the role will include:

Previous retail experience in managing refurbishment and remedial projects up to the value of £5million
Extensive experience within a Main Contracting environment
Mixed Experience on both New Build & Refurbishment projects for future works
Ability to communicate clearly with the Operations & Commercial team simultaneously.
Good IT and communication skills.
The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure.Why would you work for this Company?
