Site Manager

Site Manager wanted for this leading high specification developer who have an exciting new residential development in the Brighton and Hove area. You will assist the No1 Senior Site Manager in building this iconic development of high specification apartments with a premium focus on quality and finish.

Within this permanent position you will be joining one of the fastest growing house builders across the South East who not only have a fantastic pipeline of work but boast one of the best staff retention rates in the industry.

Your day to day duties and responsibilities will include:

* Asssit and lead the delivery of each stage of the residential residential development.

* Manage and coordinate all on site trades and subcontractors.

* Drive programme performance, reviewing progress daily and addressing any risks to delivery.

* Maintain the highest standards of build quality and finish.

* Attend pre-start meetings and providing technical guidance where required.

* Ensure all works are delivered in line with the companies health and safety standards and site procedures.

To be considered for this position you must have experience of residential construction and ideally will have previously worked on RC Frame construction build at some point in your career.
