Role: Trainee Sales Advisor

Location: Pride Park Derby

Basic Salary: £19,773 going up to £21,723 after 3 months (plus monthly £800 bonus scheme)

Trainee Sales Advisor Overview:

As a Trainee Sales Advisor you will be calling existing customers on behalf of an energy provider, upselling their Homeplan and providing boiler and home emergency cover. As a Sales Advisor you will be well rewarded through the basic salary & its generous incentive scheme.

Trainee Sales Advisor Role:

• Time set aside each day as a team to plan for success each day
• Interact through outbound phone calls with both existing and potential new customers, understanding & supporting their individual needs, giving them great reasons to take up Home Services
• Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes
• Time allocated to work with your manager and sales trainer on opportunities to improve service and sales, and develop your future career
• Rotational shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am and 8pm and 10am-2pm Saturday (9 hour shifts, 5 days a week)

Trainee Sales Advisor Skills:

• Proven successful experience in customer sales or retention, preferably in Outbound calling (although not essential as we have great training to set you up to succeed!)
• Great communicator especially on the phone
