A leading developer specialising in high-end residential developments is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager ready to step up into a No.1 Site Manager role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has around 3 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager and has previously taken the lead on smaller projects, and is now ready to take full responsibility for projects around £8m in value.

The Role

• Managing high-end residential projects up to £8m
• Acting as the No.1 Site Manager on site
• Overseeing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager
• Experience running smaller projects as a No.1
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Experience within high-end residential construction
