I’m working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm in Bradford to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant into their Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive department with a loyal client base and an excellent team culture.

This full-time Conveyancing Assistant role has arisen due to the planned retirement of a valued colleague, offering real continuity and a smooth transition. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Conveyancer on end-to-end residential transactions—from client onboarding through to post-completion.

The firm is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant with around 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing support. Strong admin, drafting, and client communication skills are essential, along with a calm, proactive approach to managing a fast-paced workload.
