My client, a friendly, dynamic organisation on the outskirts of Exeter have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The organisation prides itself on providing an award winning service and transparency within the market.

Reporting into the finance Manager, this is a wideranging role that will include the following:

Purchase ledger: processing invoices, purchase orders and reconciliations.
Sales ledger: invoicing and credit control.
Various reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
General office administration.
Other adhoc tasks as requested by the Finance Manager in order to assist them with the general financial control function and the daytoday running of the department.

This opportunity would suit an individual who has at least a years experience of working in an accounts or administrative capacity and is studying towards the AAT qualification. The successful individual will need to possess excellent customer service and organisational skills and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in accountancy.
