Great direct hire opportunity for a direct hire Administrative Assistant. Benefits included!

This position will perform admin functions including, but not limited, to the following:

1. Provide administrative support such as scanning, copying, printing, assisting with meetings, company events, preparation of meetings, etc.
2. Prepare several reports utilizing Microsoft Excel on a regular basis (e.g., weekly report, vacancy report, etc.);
3. Coordinate with various team members and generate reports as per co-worker's needs;
4. Assist with expenditure approvals from outside management companies and Asset managers;
5. Manage meetings, calendar appointments, coordinate lunch for various office staff members;
6. Answer phone calls and emails; handle incoming and outgoing communications;
7. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for colleagues;
8. Consistently and timely take care of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks assigned;
9. Maintain accurate records of documents received and sent out, file documents (hard and soft copies);
10. Assist in marketing efforts for properties that need extra assistance or don't have ongoing marketing;
11. Be the liaison between team members and outside vendors/clients and consistently follow up on projects, tasks, or deadlines, as needed;
12. Perform other functions as may be required by the job or as directed by management;

Job Requirements:
1. Excellent computer skills - Internet usage, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of Yardi is a plus (but not necessary)
2. Must be able to type 45 WPM
3. Must be organized and detail oriented in their day to day tasks
4. Proficient in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks as needed
5. Must be solution-driven and possess a good, professional attitude
6. Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal); bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus (but not necessary)
7. Must have completed high school and at least 2 years of college
8. A highly self-motivated, independent and proactive individual who takes ownership in their work
9. Ability to work on various project, think outside the box, utilize resources, with the end goal in mind
10. Can take on constructive criticism, learn, thrive, and focus on her/his personal growth as well as provide solutions/options to things they see can be improved
