Salary: £32,432.77 – £42,361.16 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary English Teacher to join their founding team.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to students secondary level

Use creativity, structure, and empathy to re-engage learners who may have had disrupted education

Support the implementation and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through consistent boundaries and relational practice

Work effectively as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team

Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience delivering the Secondary English curriculum

A successful track record of working with vulnerable or SEND pupils

Up-to-date understanding of the 2014 SEND Code of Practice and EHCP implementation

Strong safeguarding awareness and ability to maintain clear personal/professional boundaries

High levels of emotional resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently

A reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous professional learning
