Qualified Multi Trader (NVQ / City & Guilds)

Company van and fuel card supplied.

Location: Lambeth

Pay: £20 - £22 per hour, 42.5 hours per week.

Position: Ongoing self-employed role with the opportunity to go permanent.

Regen Solutions are currently seeking a qualified Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across Lambeth.

Requirements:

Must hold a relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification (Carpentry, Plumbing, or Multi Trade)
Proven experience in social housing and building maintenance
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Own tools requiredMain Duties Include:

General multi-trade maintenance and repairs
Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
Basic plumbing works
Plastering and patch repairs
Painting and decorating
