Core Duties

Site Preparation - clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up tools/equipment.

Material Handling - loading, unloading, carrying, and distributing construction materials to tradespeople.

Assisting Trades - supporting carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers.

*

Mixing & Applying Materials - preparing mortar, concrete, plaster, or other materials.

*

Operating Basic Tools & Equipment - using hand tools, power tools, compactors, or small machinery under supervision.

*

Site Cleanliness & Safety - keeping the worksite tidy, disposing of waste, and following safety protocols.

*

Scaffolding & Temporary Structures - assisting with assembly and dismantling (if trained/authorized).

*

Groundworks - digging trenches, backfilling, and leveling surfaces.

*

Transport & Logistics - moving equipment around the site as required.

*

Compliance - following health & safety regulations, PPE requirements, and instructions from supervisors.
