Senior Architectural Technician

A leading, forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician with a strong track record of working on projects for larger national house builders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team delivering high-quality residential developments.
The Role: -
Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects.

Collaborate with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to ensure both creative and regulatory requirements are met.

Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

Represent the practice in meetings with clients and project teams.
Experience: - Degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology

Extensive experience working with major UK house builders.

Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficient in relevant CAD/BIM software.

Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.

Capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
