Motor Claims Team Leader required to join a well respeted claims management company due to impressive growth.

This is a fully remote role, remote managing a small team of motor claims professionals. The role will focus on maintaining a high level of quality standards and compliance in handling motor insurance claims. You will be on hand to share technical knowledge and best practice to assist the team in driving performance.

Its important for this role candidates have strong leadership ability, with strong technical insurance knowledge and a sound understanding of motor claims particularly Accidential Damage and Third Party claims.
