The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant and nurturing primary school in Lewisham. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who display challenging behaviour, supporting them to manage their emotions, remain focused in lessons, and achieve their full potential. The school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor with at least one year of experience in a school environment, who can build strong, positive relationships, offer consistent and effective behaviour support, and contribute to a calm, structured, and supportive learning atmosphere.
