Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant mainstream primary school? We are seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant (leyland) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)

Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy

Provide in-class support to enhance learning and engagement

Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required

Contribute to planning, assessment and pupil progress tracking

Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND

Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment

What We Are Looking For

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working within a mainstream primary setting

Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4+ in English and Maths or equivalent)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, flexible and nurturing approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
