One of my local authority client's in the Midlands are currently on the search for a part time Food Safety Officer on a interim basis.

Role Requirements :

* Inspecting categories C, D and Es

* No Enforcement involved just a carbon copy required

* Experience within a Local Authority and a proven track record of conducting Food Inspections

* Higher Certificate in Food Control (or equivalent) BSc (Hons) Environmental Health

* Registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB)
