Aspire People are currently recruiting a compassionate and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND within a supportive primary school in OL6 8XN.

The school has a strong inclusive ethos and works closely with families and external professionals to ensure every child receives tailored support.

The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties

Supporting personalised learning plans and EHCP targets

Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies

Supporting access to the curriculum through differentiated resources

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting

Calm, nurturing and adaptable approach

Confident managing behaviour in line with school policies

Committed to safeguarding and inclusion
