Position Overview:

As a Senior Payroll Officer (Hybrid), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a diverse range of clients. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients, including data input, calculations, and compliance checks.

2. Handle queries from clients regarding payroll-related matters and provide timely and accurate resolutions.

3. Stay abreast of changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.

5. Generate reports and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

6. Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and technologies.

7. Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive payroll information.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in a payroll-related role is essential.

2. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and compliance requirements.

3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

4. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.

5. Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

7. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
