An experienced Site Manager or Supervisor ready to step into a senior role.

A Project/Contracts Manager already running flooring or tiling works who's looking for a fresh challenge with a respected name in the industry.

About the Role
You'll manage commercial flooring and tiling projects (approx. 60% new build / 40% commercial) across the South East, overseeing works valued up to £2m. You'll be the link between fitters, site managers, and clients — ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate fitters, tilers, and labourers daily.

*

Ensure sites are ready for the next stage of works.

*

Carry out site audits and communicate blockers to clients.

*

Attend DABS / logistics meetings and manage diaries.

*

Order materials, arrange deliveries, and oversee stock checks.

*

Conduct toolbox talks and maintain PPE compliance.

*

Liaise with construction managers and ensure all works are snagged and signed off.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership in flooring and/or tiling installations.

*

Excellent people skills and site communication.

*

Organised with strong attention to detail.

*

Technical know-how to spot and resolve issues early.

*

Ambition to become a key part of a growing team.

*

SMSTS / SSSTS & First Aid (or willingness to achieve).

*

NVQ Level in relevant trade.
