Support Worker – Supported Living ( FEMALE ONLY )

Location: Bury

Shifts: Full-time, Part-time & Ad-hoc

Pay: £13.45 - £13.25

Precedo Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers to work within Supported Living services in Bury, supporting adults with physical disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

DUE TO CLIENT REQUEST THIS IS A FEMALE ONLY POSITION

The Role

• Deliver person-centred support in line with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
• Assist with personal care, mobility and manual handling
• Support individuals with complex care needs
• Manage and respond safely to behaviours that challenge
• Administer medication in line with policy
• Promote independence and community access
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ UK Support Worker experience (within last 3 years)
• Experience supporting physical disabilities and challenging behaviour
• Knowledge of PBS and safe manual handling practices
• Calm, confident and professional approach
