About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a modular bathroom installation project at a train station site in Hull. This role requires someone confident in managing subcontractors on-site, delivering toolbox talks, signing off daily task sheets, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all daily on-site activities for the modular bathroom installation project

* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

* Deliver daily toolbox talks and maintain site health & safety standards

* Sign off daily task sheets and ensure accurate project records are maintained

* Liaise effectively with the client's representatives and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations

* Maintain compliance with site-specific safety and operational procedures, particularly within a live rail environment

Requirements:

* SSSTS certification (essential)

* First Aid at Work certification (essential)

* Temporary Works Coordinator qualification (essential)

* Proven experience managing subcontractors on construction projects, ideally modular installations

* Experience working on train station sites or rail environments (essential)

* Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental protocols in high-risk, operational environments
