The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with clients across the technology space to deliver top-tier talent. You'll have autonomy over your desk, strong support from leadership, and access to warm relationships as well as new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the technology market

*

Building and developing long-term client relationships

*

Sourcing, screening and placing experienced technology professionals

*

Managing candidate pipelines and negotiations

*

Consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter (agency background preferred)

*

Strong billing track record

*

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

*

Self-motivated, driven and commercially minded

*

Desire to grow and earn without limits
