This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, high-performing team in a building renowned for its exceptional standards and first-class resident experience.

The Role

As a Resident Service Associate, you will play a central role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and responsive service to all residents and their guests. Acting as the go-to person for a variety of requests, you will be a visible and approachable presence in the building, supporting the wider concierge and operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding, front-facing service to residents and visitors

  • Handle a wide range of enquiries, requests, and minor maintenance issues with efficiency and professionalism

  • Support the delivery of resident events, lifestyle services, and on-site amenities

  • Manage and log parcels, post, and keys accurately and securely

  • Monitor shared spaces, ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and welcoming

  • Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to report and follow up on building issues

  • Uphold high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times

About You
  • Experience in a residential, hospitality, or customer service environment is highly desirable

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with a wide range of people

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and handle situations with diplomacy

  • Presentable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team

  • Tech-savvy with basic IT skills; knowledge of property management systems is an advantage
