Connect Appointments is looking for a confident and driven Sales Agent to join our client's high-performing team in Eurocentral.

Working 5 days per week
Base salary of £23,000 p/annum
OTE of up to £40,000 p/annumWorking as a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customer's calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
Promoting the range of services offered by the company - depending on the customers needs
Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvementsTo be successful in this Sales Agent role, you will ideally have previous experience in a sales and/or customer service environment. Combined with the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
The ability to engage well with customers
Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
