Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, award-winning firm with offices across Cumbria. This is a full-time, permanent job position to be based in their Kendal office. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be managing their own varied caseload of good quality work including:

* Sale and purchase (freehold and leasehold)

* Transfers of equity

* Commercial developments

* Overage agreements

* Option agreements

* Secured lending

* Leases

* Commercial property disputes

If you have experience with corporate transactional work there will be the opportunity to include share sales and other corporate transactions in your workload.

Person specification

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 year's PQE with the knowledge and experience to handle the aforementioned Commercial Property transactions.

You will possess the following skills and experience:

* Experience handling your own caseload of commercial property files.

* Delivering exceptional client care and service.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Friendly and approachable.

* Be a team player.
