Hiring: Business Development / Sales Account Manager
Location: HQ in Twyford, with regular travel across London

The Opportunity:
My client is a multi award-winning interior design studio with over 30 years of heritage, consistently ranked among the World's Top 100 design houses.
Renowned for delivering eco-conscious, highly personalised interiors, they serve an elite clientele across private residential, luxury show homes, BTR developments, marketing suites, hospitality, and commercial spaces.
Their in-house team includes 20+ award-winning designers and architects - and they're now seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager / Sales Account Manager to join the team.
About the Role:
This role is perfect for a driven, polished, and relationship-led sales professional who thrives in the luxury design space.
70% inbound - manage a high volume of premium enquiries: qualify, vet, and close
30% outbound - proactively build relationships with estate agents, developers, architects, concierges, and others in the UHNW space
Attend meetings, networking events, and client lunches across London
Personally manage project accounts up to £250k, supporting on larger ones with the MD
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Brand Partnerships to identify and pursue new business
Build and nurture a pipeline across the luxury property and design ecosystem
Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and private networking functions
Collaborate with the Marketing Executive on pitch materials, proposals, and brand-aligned communications
Lead on all inbound enquiries from first contact through to contract
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospective and existing clients
Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in sales or business development within proptech, interior design, or property
Confident closing deals and managing high-value relationships
Polished, personable, and highly professional
Experience working with UHNW clients, developers, or creative teams
A natural networker - comfortable being out and about in London
