The Best Connection are seeking a part time Remedial Engineer in the Alfreton area!

Responsibilities

• Conduct window and door surveys using appropriate surveying equipment and techniques.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilise power tools for various tasks related to surveying and remedial activities.
• Perform remedial tasks including repair to frames/ hardware, replacing window/door sashes and glazing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all surveying activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in surveying or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
• Knowledge of fabrication and installation of windows and doors
• Experience in working on construction sites
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers
